Walking is helping other areas

So I am finding that after walking every day for two weeks that when my children say, Mum come play soccer with us, I actually have the energy to get up and go outside and play soccer for a bit.
I haven’t played soccer in like a decade or two. And I think, I might eventually start running as well to boost my stamina and energy to run in the soccer game.
It’s interesting, how walking each day has not only shown me I can play soccer but also my mind is thinking ahead, maybe I could join a female soccer club? Like why not?
I have absolutely no clue on the rules but who cares? I would learn as I played and I could even study real life games to learn more.
