Is walking getting harder to do?

So I don’t know but it seems like every day I have been walking less even though I am walking for at least an hour. 

It appears it’s actually getting harder each day to meet 10,000 steps. 

I know I am being hard on myself and life does get in the way sometimes but I really thought if I made the effort, especially to prove to myself in the first week that I could achieve big walking numbers that I would succeed. 

So my first day was brilliant, I did 12,000 steps. Second day it dropped to 6,000. Lesson learnt, I kept going. Day three 9,900. So close to 10,000 steps which is my daily goal and definitely a ‘step-up’ (mind the pun) from the day before. Then the next day 8,000. Ok not too bad. And today 7000. 😢

I know it’s all just making time to walk and obviously I need to walk purposely for more than an hour a day but it’s hard when the day is already full.
