What to do when you don’t feel like walking

So it happened… I had to get home after work to meet someone. They cancelled once I got home. I was also starving so ate some left over pizza. I was full.
I wasn’t going to go for a walk because I had someone visiting.
I also wasn’t going to go for a walk because I was starving.
So I had a dilemma, should I go for a walk when I just ate and only had an hour before darkness?
Or should I do something I love instead, like arts and craft?
So I decided to go for a walk. I pumped some pop music into my headphones and not too fast but not too slow I went for a walk.
Before I did this walk, I had done 3,500 steps. I didn’t really want to have a walking blog and only achieve 3,500 steps for the day. So I walked and at the end an hour later did an extra 4,000 steps. I have to say I am feeling pretty pumped and as a reward to myself for walking, when I really could have not walked after work, I then went to do some arts and craft.
