Losing weight after first week

So the good news is, as per my introduction, I am aiming to lose another 10 kilos. And I weighed myself after my first week of walking and I lost 400g. It may not seem a lot but for me that’s how I lost 14 kilos. A bit every week.
I feel we get told to lose weight you have to lose a minimum of one kilo a week. Whereas, I found I lost 14 kilos by losing less than a kilo a week. It did take a year but there was less pressure on myself and my body.
So count your small wins because they do add up to your big wins.
